- disciplined and organized pedestrian movement
- implementation of jaywalking laws
- increase in strategic pedestrian crossings on key roads
- reduction of pavement encroachment
- development of well designed and lit pavements which are user-friendly for children, the aged and infirm
- scientifically designed and effective speed breakers
- enhancement of parking in line with DP and creation of locality wise parking plans
- strict implementation of penalties for all traffic violations
